Bug Notes

  • Menu system may encounter an error when the browser window is scaled down. A grey bar appears where the responsive menu should be. This seems to be an issue with Linux, since the responsive menu works correctly in offline tests.

  • Html video player controls seem to be incompatible with Safari, possibly Opera as well. This seems to be a built in HTML 5 issue. Recommended solution is to not use HTML 5 video settings, just embed from Vimeo or YouTube instead

  • Encountered issues with the logo image not being able to have a hyperlink to home page. This seems to be an issue with the javascript or css for the menu not being enabled for images. Adding a hyperlink pushes the other working menu links down to separate line

  • If any of the longer page titles encounter a bug where the letters overlap, the solution is to put a spacer between the two words

  • If any of the social media icon links don't work when the browser window is scaled down, it's because the hyperlink address may not have been copied into the correct div when the site design was overhauled. I didn't go back and fix it

  • Some long hyperlinks on the Multimedia Resources page will extend out of the content border when the browser is scaled down. This is because having three columns compresses the width at smaller dimensions. A possible solution is to not put make the entire link address visible
